Your GDPR rights
Right of access
You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We will provide you with this information within one month.
Right of rectification
You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. You may also modify certain information directly from your customer account.
Right to erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data. We will delete it unless we are legally required to retain it (for billing or litigation purposes).
Right to portability
You can receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON, CSV). You can also export your calendars in iCalendar format directly from the application.
Right to object
You may object to the processing of your data for commercial prospecting purposes. You may also unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
Right to restriction
You may request the restriction of the processing of your data in certain cases (disputing its accuracy, unlawful processing, etc.).
How to exercise your rights?
By email
Send your request to infos@planning-copilot.com specifying:
- Your first and last name
- The email address associated with your Planning Copilot account
- The right you wish to exercise
- A form of identification (for requests for deletion or full access)
We will respond within a maximum of one month. This period may be extended by two months for complex requests.
From your customer account
Some actions are available directly in your account:
- Edit your information: Settings → My profile
- Export your data: Settings → Export my data
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete my account
- Manage notifications: Settings → Notifications
